Pre Sale Questions
Q: What to Expect Upon Arrival?
When your extensions arrive, they may appear frizzy, puffy, or undefined. This is completely normal! The hair is delivered in its authentic, product-free state, preserving its raw quality and natural texture.
Q: Color Range ?
Natural shades from light to dark brown
Please note: Color and texture will vary slightly per bundle, due to the natural single-donor origin.
Q: Length Note
All bundles are measured by their stretched length.
Q: Detangling Instructions
For dry hair: Use a boar bristle and nylon blend brush with no pins. This type of brush gently smooths the hair and helps loosen knots without causing breakage.
For wet or damp hair: Use a Tangle Teezer or similar detangling brush specifically designed for wet hair.
The combination of short and long flexible bristles helps gently work through tangles. The longer bristles bend with the hair rather than snag or pull, reducing the risk of damage or breakage.
Q: Hair Care Instructions?
Washing & Conditioning
Detangle your bundles thoroughly from ends to wefts before washing to prevent breakage or matting.
Use lukewarm water and apply a sulfate-free shampoo to gently cleanse the hair without stripping its natural moisture.
Follow with a moisturizing conditioner to hydrate and soften the hair.
We recommend using products from Supernatural Hair Care or a gentle clarifying shampoo for best results.
After conditioning, allow the hair to air dry naturally. Avoid using heat or blow dryers whenever possible.
For a sleeker finish, anti-frizz products may be used.
Q: Important Do’s & Don’ts?
Do NOT comb or brush the hair while it is wet or damp, as this can cause shedding and damage.
Once completely dry, apply a small amount of lightweight oil (such as Vitamin E oil) to rehydrate and add shine.
If you plan to style with heat tools, always use a heat protectant to prevent heat damage.
Q: Regular Maintenance ?
When wearing the hair in its natural wave or curl pattern:
Use a Denman brush or medium-to-large paddle brush to define curls and prevent tangling.
Lightly spritz with water, apply your preferred curl product, and brush through to refresh the look.
It’s recommended to gently cleanse and condition your hair every 1–2 weeks depending on usage and styling.
